
Mr. Adil Iqbal Khan serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). He oversees the design, development, and operation of large-scale, mission-critical digital platforms that support public-sector service delivery across government cloud, data, and AI domains.
With a strong focus on secure, scalable, and resilient systems, he leads multidisciplinary engineering teams in delivering enterprise-grade solutions aligned with provincial and organizational objectives. He has played a key role in introducing engineering best practices and technology governance frameworks to strengthen service reliability, observability, and overall system performance.
Mr. Khan Iqbal brings over 21 years of professional experience across leading technology firms including Teradata and Techlogix, as well as the corporate sector at Mobilink, in addition to his work at public-sector digital initiatives at PITB. His professional interests include the design of citizen-centric digital solutions capable of operating at large, enterprise scale.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from AST National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NU), Lahore and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
