Mr. Ali Raza Kheiri serves as Additional Director General at the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). Since joining PITB in 2018, he has been actively involved in advancing public-sector digital transformation through the modernization of systems across the health, agriculture, and governance sectors.
His work focuses on designing and implementing scalable, technology-driven solutions that address operational challenges while strengthening transparency and institutional efficiency. He has supervised several major national initiatives, supporting government departments in adopting structured, data-led and sustainable digital practices.
Mr. Kheiri is a graduate of the University of Oxford and brings specialized expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, and Digital Platform Design. In addition to his national-level engagements, he has collaborated with international development partners on sector-wide reforms and institutional modernization initiatives, contributing to a more resilient and data-driven digital ecosystem.
