An initiative of the Punjab Government and Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), the Citizen Feedback Monitoring Program Punjab (CFMP) is a feedback gathering mechanism that seeks feedback from citizens who utilize public services. The collected feedback is then analyzed with the intent of identifying problem areas and assisting relevant officials in taking evidence-based corrective measures.
