One of the prime functions of Directorate General Public Relations (DGPR) is to create better understanding of government efforts, policies and political will in the public through dedicated efforts by effective utilization of mass media, publicity and media management and image building of Punjab government.
To bring transparency and efficiency in the processes, a system has been developed for department’s request orders, media planning, release orders generation & issuance, newspaper & advertising agencies invoice submission and consolidated & supplementary bills generation.
The system stipulates higher authorities with focused information to improve management, strategic media planning and overall control. Moreover, it facilitates the stakeholders for convenient and efficient handling of their affairs.
