About the Trainer

Mr. Muzzamil Waheed is CTO / Co-Founder at MPC Systems Pvt. Ltd; He brings with him more than 10 Years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Software Architecture and Project Management. He has extensive experience of development and project management using Microsoft technologies & platforms. He has a long association with the Microsoft Community and holds a prominent position in the domain of Enterprise Project Management.

About Participants

More than 41 Project Managers, Team Leads, Consultants and Faculty Members from different organizations and Universities attended the session. The two hour long discussion and demonstrations session remained focused  towards the Roadmap & concepts of Enterprise Project Management, EPM Styles, Project Versioning, sprints, iterations, status Reports and Dashboards. Participants were demonstrated, how to prepare Project plans using “Microsoft Project Professional 2010” and also demonstrated project progress tracking/monitoring using “Microsoft Project Server 2010”.
