Ms. Nadia Riaz serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), where she is responsible for financial management, fiscal oversight, and strengthening institutional financial governance framework designed to align with PITB’s diverse technology and reform initiatives.
In addition to her CFO responsibilities, she serves as Secretary to the Board and is a member of the Finance and Audit Sub-Committee, contributing to strategic decision-making and financial accountability at the Board level.
With over 2 decades of professional experience, Ms. Riaz has worked with leading local and multinational organizations. Her areas of expertise include Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Private Equity, FinTech, and Business Development.
She spearheads organization’s vision to lead the evolving FinTech landscape of country, particularly growth of digital financial services, cashless payment ecosystems, and technology-driven financial transformation. Her overarching portfolio also extends to business development leadership at PITB, where she is focusing on fostering strategic partnerships and driving organizational growth in Punjab and beyond.
Ms. Riaz is a graduate of University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, and an MBA in Finance from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
