Ms. Nausheen Fayyaz serves as Additional Director General (e-Governance & Automation) at the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). She provides strategic leadership for the health sector digital portfolio, overseeing large-scale technology interventions across multiple departments.
Her work includes spearheading enterprise-level digital health initiatives, most notably the province-wide rollout of a centralized Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) across tertiary care hospitals. This initiative has enabled standardized clinical workflows, interoperable systems, and centralized patient data, significantly strengthening healthcare service delivery and governance.
With over 15 years of experience in managing complex, large-scale transformation projects across North America and Pakistan, Ms. Fayyaz brings deep expertise in project management, digital systems implementation, and data-driven reform. She has also played a key role in advancing health data analytics, supporting evidence-based decision-making, performance monitoring, and system-wide transparency.
Ms. Fayyaz holds an academic background in Electrical Engineering and is professionally certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Lean Six Sigma practitioner.
