Additional Secretary Rizwana Naveed presided a meeting to discuss the digitalization of educational scholarships for minority students in Public schools, colleges, and universities. The meeting also aimed at discussing the issuance of minority marriage licenses for the respective minorities communities across Punjab.
PITB Joint Director IT-Solutions Sajjad Qureshi and SPM Mariam Zaib along with other team members attended the meeting and provided expertise and insights into leveraging technology for these initiatives.
The discussions focused on developing efficient digital systems to streamline the processes of awarding educational scholarships to the deserving students and issuing marriage licenses to minorities with an aim to simplify the work process and enhance accessibility and transparency.
