Punjab Job Center signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Minhaj University to facilitate the graduating students with potential job opportunities. The MoU was signed by Minhaj University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Sajid Mahmood Shahzad and PITB SPM Shams ul Islam. Director Labour Lahore South Nadeem Akhter was also present on the occasion.
According to the MoU, the students will be able to access job openings directly from the Punjab Job Center while helping streamline the process of transitioning from the academic to the professional life.
The Punjab Job Center team also participated in a highly informative awareness session at Minhaj University, Lahore. During the session, Director Labour Lahore South, Nadeem Akhter and PITB SPM Shams ul Islam provided valuable insights into the resources and opportunities available through this portal.
Punjab Job Center, a flagship project of Punjab Labour & Human Resource Department, is being executed by PITB and Directorate General of Labour Welfare. It is regularly carrying out activities to create networking opportunities between employers and job seekers to help them find suitable work opportunities.
