With the support of PITB, Inspector General Police Punjab Complaint Management System (IGPCMS) has entertained over 23,535 complaints since its launch in December 2014.The dashboard facilitated by PITB gives IGP Punjab the access to look into the complaints and concerns of citizens. This exercise has visibly improved the decorum and performance of police officers.
