PITB Organizes Orientation Session for The New Employees

PITB organized an orientation session to acquaint the new employees with the official mandate of the organization. PITB HR wing representative Senior Program Manager Amina Rab briefed them on the basic guidelines related to their jobs and relevant departments. A detailed briefing was also given on the overall culture of the organization.

The PITB HR wing, organizes such sessions regularly and believes that these serve as an important element of the recruitment and retention process.
