A training session for Citizen Contact Center was held by Overseas Pakistani Commission team today at PITB. The session was conducted in regard to the complaint handling procedures of OPC Helpline +92 42 111-OPC-OPC- 92 42 111-(672)-(672), which is managed by the Citizen Contact Center.
