Demonstration of the Dealers Vehicle Registration System (DVRS) was conducted at PITB today. The demo comprised the details of the flow of information and how the whole process would smoothly be carried out through the system. The session was attended by participants from Excise Department, National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), Special Monitoring Unit (SMU) and PITB including Secretary Excise Dr Ahmad Bilal, DG Excise Mr. Akram Ashraf Gondal, ADG Excise Mr. Masood-ul-Haq, DG IT Operations, PITB Mr.Faisal Yousaf, Senior Member SMU Mr. Salman Sufi and VP National Bank Mr. Mohsin Furqan. Attendees were impressed by the performance of the system and appreciated PITB for its tremendous technical assistance.
