Sahiwal Teaching Hospital has implemented Pathology Automation System as part of the PITB developed Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).
PITB representatives from the IT-Operations wing Project Director Asher Zulqarnain and Senior Program Manager Jamal Nasir along with the team, gave a detailed briefing on various features of HMIS.
The joint efforts of the hospital and PITB have yielded an efficient system, providing seamless reports to doctors for further analysis and enabling patients to effortlessly download their reports. Sahiwal Hospital has enhanced its revenue drastically by giving automated HMIS Pathology services to patients.
In this regard, Principal Professor Dr. Imran Hassan Khan praised PITB’s efforts and support. Commissioner Sahiwal Division Shoeb Iqbal Syed also presented shields of appreciation to the PITB team.
