PITB, in collaboration with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), organized a two-day e-Procurement training session for the Bahawalpur Division. The session was held at the Islamia University Bahawalpur comprising participants from districts Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar and Rahim Yar Khan.
Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) MD Waqar Azim gave a detailed presentation on Procurement Cycle. PITB e-Procurement team delivered hands-on training to acquaint the attendees with the system and also addressed their queries and concern.
The e-Procurement System incorporates modern techniques to make government procurement secure and efficient. Under this system, vendors located anywhere can submit their bids online, making the procurement process more accessible and convenient.
This session was part of the series of trainings being organized for various government departments to acquaint them with e-Procurement System.
