A two-day hands-on training session was conducted at National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) for 19th Senior Management Course by Saima R. Shaikh (Director Training and Development, PITB). Participants were acquainted with numerous ICT interventions devised by PITB and the way these interventions were contributing to improve public service delivery.
