PITB, in collaboration with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), organized a two-day e-Procurement training session for Faisalabad Division at the office of the Municipal Corporation Faisalabad. The session included participants from the Faisalabad, Chiniot and Jhang districts.
Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) MD Waqar Azim gave a detailed presentation on the Procurement Cycle. PITB e-Procurement team delivered a hands-on demo to acquaint the attendees with the system. The session concluded with a Q&A activity.
The e-Procurement System incorporates modern techniques to make government procurement secure and efficient. Under this system, vendors located anywhere can submit their bids online, making the procurement process more accessible and convenient.
This session was part of the series of trainings being organized for various government departments to acquaint them with e-Procurement System.
