PITB organised an exclusive training for capacity building of PITB established Citizen Contact Centre. The training given by Local Government and Community Development team of Government of Punjab was conducted by the Director Community Development & Training Najeeb Aslam. The training aimed to enhance the skills of call agents in reference to Birth/Death Registration Model Bye-Laws under Punjab Local Government Act 2013 for CDG Helpline 080002345.
