PITB’s ‘Muharram Security’ Portal Facilitates Punjab Home Department to Ensure Security Provincewide

PITB has developed a comprehensive ‘Muharram Security’ portal for the Punjab Home Department. It aims at assisting the department in ensuring security during the month of Muharram across Punjab.

The entire ‘Security Camera Surveillance’ at the district level is also being carried out under this initiative. ‘Muharram Security’ portal will enable all the Deputy Commissioner Offices and CPO Offices to manage the security arrangements competently while the real-time data will help the officials take timely action. The portal gives an eagle-eye view of the Majalis and Processions to the police officials.
