Provincial Minister of Education Rana Sikandar Hayat visited Chairman PITB Faisal Yousaf for a project review meeting on ICT interventions rolled out by the Punjab Government. He gave an insightful briefing to the Minister on the ongoing projects with a special focus on the initiatives in the education sector.
A detailed discussion was also held on the e-Transfer initiative in view of the new transfer policy of the Punjab School Education Department. The Provincial Minister Education appreciated PITB for its efforts and achievements in transforming education through technology and discussed the way forward. Chairman PITB Faisal Yousaf also presented him with a souvenir.
DG IT-Solutions Waqar Naeem Qureshi Director, ADG Software Engineering Wing Omar Salman, JD IT-Solutions Sajjad Ahmed Qureshi and other officials from Punjab School Education Department and Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU) were also present.
