A delegation from Chief Minister Complaint Cell (CMCC) visited PITB established Citizen Contact Center (CCC) to discuss the progress of CMCC Helpline 080002345.
The delegation was led by Incharge Complaint Cell Shoaib Mirza and included team members Deputy Director Complaint Cell Farooq Ahmed, Deputy Director Complaint Cell Malik Ijaz and Programme Manager Amna Zeb.
Director e-Governance Ali Zeb along with CCC team and PITB Communication & Coordination (C&C) representative Senior Program Manager Mamoon Ahmed engaged in a detailed discussion regarding the progress of the CMCC. The conversation centered around the monitoring of helpline services and the effectiveness of the complaint handling mechanisms.
The Incharge Complaint Cell Shoaib Mirza lauded the professionalism and dedication of both PITB CCC and C&C teams in managing the call center operations and facilitating in citizen engagement.
