Punjab Economic Research Institute (PERI) recently published a report stating that e-Khidmat Centers across Punjab are delivering quality, timely and transparent services to the citizens of Punjab with 99% customer satisfaction level. It’s simple, accessible, responsive and cost-effective, the report remarked.
