A meeting was held between PITB’s Citizen Contact Center (CCC) and the Ali Institute of Education to discuss its specialized holistic Contact Center Services as part of the effort to expand its services into Pakistan's Corporate Sector.
CCC representatives, comprising Program Manager Waqas Ahmed, Program Officer Babar Manzoor Elahi and Program Officer Usman Sultan, gave a detailed brief to Finance & Admin Manager Anis Ahmed on CCC services and discussed how it would benefit the institute’s customer service.
The Ali Institute Finance & Admin Manager thanked PITB for extending its support and discussed the way forward.
