An online meeting was held between PITB and Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) to discuss the services offered by PITB established Citizen Contact Center (CCC). The AIOU representatives included Director IT Arshad Manzoor, Consultant IT Ajmal Farooq, Additional Director IT Muhammad Tufail, Deputy Director IT Azhar Ul Islam, Al Director Student Affairs Syed Ghulam Kazim and ADIT (In-charge AIOU Call Center) Imran Afzal.
PITB CCC representatives Senior Manager Business Development Umair Ali and Program Officers Babar Elahi and Usman Sultan gave a detailed presentation on CCC's wide range of services emphasizing on how it has benefitted various government departments.
This collaboration seeks to assist AIOU upgrade and enhance their communication channels with the stakeholders and the students. The AIOU team lauded the PITB team and discussed the way forward.
