PITB and Reliance Insurance Lahore had a meeting regarding the services of PITB established Citizen Contact Center (CCC).
CCC representatives Assistant Program Manager Usman Raza along with Assistant Manager Umair Jamshed gave a detailed overview of CCC’s wide range of services to Senior Vice President Reliance Insurance Lahore Nisar Chughtai highlighting how CCC is benefiting various government departments in this regard.
The overall focus of the meeting was to explore potential collaborative opportunities, particularly in integrating CCC’s services to enhance customer service experience and streamline the communication for Reliance Insurance clients.
