PITB Organizes Workshop On 'Incorporating Mindfulness in Everyday Life'

PITB organized a workshop on 'Incorporating Mindfulness in Everyday Life’ as part of its commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. The session, managed by PITB HR wing, was organized as part of its Workplace Essentials Program and was conducted by Dr. Imrana Lashari, a highly reputed and experienced Psychologist. She emphasized on the benefits of mindfulness to reduce stress, decrease anxiety and improve mental and physical health.

Dr. Imrana Lashari has an extensive professional background, having served in various prestigious institutions, including Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Nestle, University of the Punjab and National Hospital Lahore.

Positive workplace culture is a cornerstone of PITB's values, aiming at providing a conducive environment for personal and professional growth. The 'Incorporating Mindfulness in Everyday Life' workshop aims to promote employee well-being, reduce stress and enhance focus and positive work culture. The session concluded with a Q&A activity.
