PITB facilitated dashboard for Punjab Police Complaint Center enables police to resolve citizen related complaints effectively. Citizens from across Punjab can register complaint on 8787, which is monitored through the dashboard till it is resolved, hence, bringing positive reforms in policing and Thana culture.
