PITB team conducted a meeting with CM Roadmap team to review the newly developed Waste Management Dashboard, designed to monitor the waste management operations across Punjab. The session provided key insights into the development of digital systems aimed at tracking the operational efficiency and performance of contractors, following the outsourcing of waste management services in all tehsils of the province.
PITB SPM Mariam Zaib, along with her team, delivered a detailed demonstration of the dashboard to the CM Roadmap team, led by Javeria Siddiqui and Fizza Zaheer. The meeting concluded with a comprehensive Q&A session.
