Director IT Lahore Garrison University (LGU) Dr. Salman Rashid had a meeting with PITB established Citizen Contact Center (CCC) to discuss CCC services for the said department.
CCC representatives including Senior Manager QA & Training Shahbaz Ahmed and Assistant Manager Umair Jamshed gave a detailed brief on how CCC services and its scope.
The key focus of the meeting aimed at providing innovative Contact Center Solutions, Omni-Channel Support and AI-Chatbot integration services for LGU. Director IT LGU Dr. Salman Rashid appreciated CCC’s support and discussed the way forward.
