A meeting was held between PITB and Adamjee Insurance Company to discuss the services offered by PITB established Citizen Contact Center (CCC).
PITB Senior Program Manager Umair Ali along with CCC Team Members including Manager Mohsin Raza Baig, Program Officers Babar Manzoor Elahi and Usman Sultan gave a detailed overview of CCC’s wide range of services to Adamjee Insurance Company Regional Sales Director Muhammad Omer Farooq and Area Sales Director Rana Qadeer Ahmad highlighting how CCC is benefiting various government departments in this regard.
The overall focus of the meeting was to explore potential collaborative opportunities, particularly in integrating CCC’s services to enhance customer service experience and streamline the communication for Reliance Insurance clients.
