PITB held a comprehensive refresher training session for System Network Administrator (SNAs) of those districts in Punjab where ‘Maryam Ke Dastak’ has recently launched its services.
The training session, held at Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP) was delivered by PITB Director Atif Hussain, Project Director Haroon Rasul Khokhar and Senior Program Manager Anum Khan.
The primary objective of this refresher training was to equip the SNAs with the latest information regarding the services and departments that have recently been onboarded.
During the session, the participants were encouraged to onboard additional facilitators in their respective districts and were also encouraged to share the challenges they have encountered.
This training not only aimed to update the SNAs on new functionalities but also fostered collaboration and problem-solving, ultimately benefiting the communities they serve.
Maryam Ke Dastak, an initiative of CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz, aims at facilitating the citizens by bringing service delivery to their doorsteps through trained ‘Dastak Facilitators'. Currently, this project is facilitating the public with over 60+ services in 22 districts of Punjab.
