PITB established Citizen Contact Center (CCC) and Taleem Finance Company Ltd signed a contract for tailored Corporate SMS services for enhanced communication and improving student support.
PITB Senior Manager QA & Training Shahbaz Ahmed gave a detailed overview of CCC’s wide range of services to the Taleem Finance Company Representatives Company Secretary Hassan Adeel Zafar and Chief Executive Officer Kamran Azim.
The meeting mainly focused on discussing CCC SMS Services and Improved Educational Support. Additionally, future collaborations for Call Center services and OMNI Channels solutions were also discussed.
