Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif presided the balloting of ‘CM Punjab Green Tractor Program’ today. Under this scheme eligible farmers will be granted tractors through subsidy.
Senior officials including Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, Punjab Minister Information & Culture Azma Bokhari, Chief Secretary Punjab Zahid Akhtar Zaman, Secretary Agriculture Iftikhar Ali Sahoo and Chairman PITB Faisal Yousaf were also present.
During the event, Chairman PITB Faisal Yousaf gave a brief on the balloting system developed by PITB aiming to assist in executing the ‘Green Tractor Balloting.’ The scheme is part of CM Punjab’s agritech initiatives being rolled out by PITB.
