Mr. Syed Hammad Hasan Hamdani serves as Additional Director General at PITB, overseeing technology-enabled governance and operational initiatives aimed at institutional modernization and improved public service delivery.
His portfolio includes flagship programmes such as e-Stamping and e-Registration, implemented across multiple provinces, as well as the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER), digitization of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, and technology-enabled operations of Business Facilitation Centers (BFCs) in Punjab and Islamabad.
With over 25 years of experience across public and private sector organizations, including Nishat Mills, the Agriculture Department, Government of Punjab, and the Lahore International Expo Centre, Mr. Hamdani brings a strong blend of enterprise execution and public sector governance expertise.
