PITB team related to the e-Governance initiative of IT-based Monitoring System (ITBM), including Program Officer Usama Shakeel and Computer Operator Danial Arshad, conducted a comprehensive 5-day training session for 274 Union Council Secretaries.
The attendees were provided with valuable insights and practical demonstrations on effectively utilizing the PITB-developed system and its functionalities. They were also acquainted with the scanning and digitizing of old registers related to the Birth, Death, Marriage and Divorce records.
The training aimed at equipping the Union Council Secretaries with the necessary skills to digitize records and transition to a paperless system. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A session.
