A meeting was held between Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad Captain (R) Nadeem Nasir and ‘Maryam Ke Dastak’ representatives to acquaint him and the focal persons from all the government departments with the services being offered under the CM Punjab’s initiative.
‘Maryam Ke Dastak’ team members from PITB comprising Joint Director Faisal Mumtaz and Senior Program Manager Anum Khan delivered a comprehensive presentation on the progress of the ‘Maryam Ke Dastak’ initiative. The presentation highlighted key developments and addressed issues raised by various departments, fostering a collaborative approach to overcome challenges and ensure smooth execution.
Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad assured his full support for the initiative and expressed a strong commitment in this regard. He assured that all the departments are on same page to work together in priority to facilitate citizens and complete the 'Maryam ke Dastak' services effectively.
Following the meeting, the 'Maryam Ke Dastak' team also visited the 'Business Facilitation Center (BFC) Faisalabad' to discuss potential areas of collaboration.
‘Maryam Ke Dastak,’ aims at facilitating the citizens by bringing service delivery to their doorsteps through trained ‘Dastak Facilitators'. It is now offering 65+ services and is now available in 32 districts of Punjab.
