PITB team organized a seminar at the Govt. Graduate College for Women, Rawalpindi regarding Maryam Ke Dastak initiative, which is transforming citizen facilitation by delivering government services directly to the doorsteps of citizens across Punjab.
PITB Joint Director Faisal Mumtaz and SPM Anum Khan provided an insightful overview of the initiative’s progress across all districts, including Rawalpindi. They emphasized how the citizens of Rawalpindi can now conveniently access essential documents and services from their homes, ensuring efficiency, accessibility, and ease of use. The seminar concluded with an engaging Q&A session, fostering meaningful discussions and addressing participants' queries.
Later, a meeting was held at the Deputy Commissioner Office, where focal persons from all stakeholder departments reviewed the initiative’s benefits and future roadmap. Participants expressed their support for Maryam Ke Dastak and pledged to ensure its successful implementation.
