A meeting, chaired by Managing Director (MD) Punjab Seed Corporation Ali Arshad Rana, was held with PITB to implement the ERP Solution aiming to revolutionize Seed Procurement, Processing and Supply Chain Management across Punjab.
PITB Joint Director Usman Waheed gave a detailed insight into the ERP Solution already successfully deployed at Punjab Food Department. He particularly outlined its potential to elevate governance standards and optimize operational workflows for Punjab Seed Corporation.
Overall, the meeting focused on discussing key highlights areas such as Integration of back-office Operations, Streamlined HR and Financial Systems, and Enhanced Process Efficiency and Transparency.
MD Punjab Seed Corporation lauded PITB's efforts and emphasized the importance of collaboration to ensure the project's success. Senior officials from the concerned department were also present.
