A delegation from Pakistan Provincial Academy Services (PPSA), Peshawar visited PITB as part of the ‘93rd Pre-Service Course’ to get acquainted with the ICT interventions rolled out by the Government of Punjab. The session was one of the various activities designed for capacity building of the attendees aiming to educate and groom them as young aspiring officers.
PITB DG IT-Solutions Waqar Naeem Qureshi gave an overview of the ICT initiatives rolled out by PITB across Punjab and in other provinces. He particularly emphasized on the initiatives focusing on Citizens Facilitation Services as well as e-Pay Punjab, e-Stamping, ICT interventions in Education Sector and Punjab Data Governance initiative.
The delegation also visited the e-Khidmat Markaz where Director IT-Solutions Rana Abid Mehmood and Manager e-Khidmat Markaz gave a comprehensive presentation on the services offered at the e-Khidmat Marakaaz established by PITB across Punjab.
PITB senior officials including Joint Directors Sajjad Ahmad Qureshi and Usman Waheed were also present. PPSA Peshawar’s Senior Faculty Member Muhammad Taj Hamid, Law Instructor Turab Khan Jadoon and Training Assistant Muhammad Fahim Shahid were also present.
