PITB Organizes 3-Day IT Training Workshop for ASP Officers (Batch 51 Common) – Day 1

A delegation of ASP Officers (Batch 51 Common) visited Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP) to attend a three-day IT training workshop from PITB to enhance their expertise in Data Analytics, Digital Solutions, and Technology-Driven Decision-Making. This training session aims to equip officers with advanced technological tools to support modern law enforcement and improve operational efficiency. 

During their visit to PITB Headquarters, the officers received a detailed briefing on PITB’s collaboration with Punjab Police, Prosecution, Judiciary, and Criminal Justice Systems. The session, led by PITB Additional Director General Syed Qasim Ifzal, highlighted various technology-driven initiatives that are transforming law enforcement and judicial processes across Punjab. 

PITB JD (Law & Order) Rai Rashid delivered a comprehensive session on the role of Artificial Intelligence in law enforcement, showcasing AI-driven systems developed by PITB that are revolutionizing crime prevention, investigation, and judicial procedures. Officers also participated in a hands-on Power BI training session, conducted by PM Mamoon Sharif and PO Saad Ullah Shah, where they learned how to analyze crime data, identify trends, and utilize insights for more effective decision-making. 

To strengthen their understanding of user-centric digital development, PM Arsalan Aslam conducted an interactive session on Figma, providing officers with essential UI/UX design skills for law enforcement applications. This training is a significant step toward the digital transformation of Policing Strategies, Crime Analysis, and Justice System Integration, ensuring that law enforcement officials are well-equipped to leverage technology in their field.
