Federal Minister for Housing and Works Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada visited e-Khidmat Markaz Bahawalpur for a briefing on the state-of-the-art citizen centric services offered at PITB established e-Khidmat center.
He was given a detailed briefing on the center’s operations, highlighting standardized digital service delivery, departmental integrations, FC CRM development, citizen facilitation processes and digital pendency management.
He visited various government services counters and suggested to introduce a Passport desk as well as introduce the facilities related to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Higher Education Commission.
The Federal Minister lauded the Punjab Government and PITB for providing transparent, swift and efficient services at e-Khidmat centers across Punjab. He also planted a sapling in the premises to support CM Punjab’s ‘Plant for Pakistan’ initiative.
