PITB carried out a field visit to observe and guide the live attendance marking process of sanitation workers across various Union Councils of Faisalabad using the PITB developed ‘Suthra Punjab Mobile Application.’ The primary focus was to ensure the accurate and timely marking of the facial attendance and that the data was correctly synced with the live ‘Suthra Punjab Dashboard’ at the Faisalabad Waste Management Company.
Additionally, PITB representatives from e-Governance wing including Senior Program Manager Mariam Zaib and Assistant Program Officer Danial Arshad conducted an in-depth training session. They provided a comprehensive overview of the ‘Suthra Punjab Attendance Modules.' The session emphasized real-time monitoring, common field challenges and practical solutions for effective system implementation.
The visit concluded with an interactive Q&A session, allowing supervisors and workers to clarify doubts, share feedback and exchange ideas for improvement. The session was attended by over 20 supervisors and sanitation workers from the Faisalabad Waste Management Company.
