PITB and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) have signed a contract to implement PITB developed Human Resource Information System (HRIS) recruitment module and job portal at SECP.
Senior officials including PITB CFO Nadia Riaz, PITB Joint Director Bizlinks Syed Ijlal Hussain, SECP Commissioner IS&T Zeshan Rehman Khattak, Executive Director IS&T/ CIO Haseeb uddin Sheikh and Executive Director Support Services were present.
This digital solution will automate the entire hiring lifecycle enhancing efficiency, transparency and accountability of the recruitment process. Fully integrated with SECP’s ERP system, it will streamline workflows, eliminate manual processes and improve decision-making through real-time dashboards.
