Director General (DG) Parks & Horticulture Authority (PHA) Lahore held a meeting on the newly launched IT initiatives with key stakeholders including PITB. He particularly discussed the ‘Digital Attendance System’ implemented for the employees to ensure accurate and real-time tracking.
Discussion on ‘Geo-Mapping’ of all the PHA parks for better planning and maintenance as well as the development of the ‘Revenue Management & Monitoring System’ to streamline financial operations in order to enhance accountability was also held.
PITB representatives from IT-Operations wing, Senior Program Manager Salman Shabbir and Program Officer Muneeb Ahmed gave a comprehensive briefing on all the initiatives. These digital reforms reflect PITB’s and PHA’s strong commitment to ensuring smart governance and leveraging technology to deliver better public services and promote sustainable urban development.
