MD Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Sahibzadi Wasima Umer chaired a progress review meeting on e-Procurement initiative being implemented jointly by PPRA and PITB.
On behalf of Chairman PITB Faisal Yousaf, DG e-Governance Sajid Latif welcomed the newly appointed MD PPRA and briefed her on the success of the initiative rolled out across Punjab so far. PITB Joint Director Muhammad Ashfaq Tiwana presented a comprehensive update on the initiative’s operations and future plans.
MD PPRA lauded PITB for its dedication in this regard. She emphasized on bringing about further innovation in the system through collaborative efforts of PPRA and PITB.
The e-Procurement System aims to make government procurements more secure, efficient and accessible, allowing vendors to submit bids online with ease and transparency.
