PITB and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) conducted a training session on the e-Procurement System for officials of the Gujrat Division.
The training aimed to familiarize the participants with the e-Procurement system, designed to promote transparency, enhance operational efficiency and ensure secure procurement processes. It allows vendors to participate in bidding remotely. Officials from divisional, district and tehsil-level offices participated in the session.
PITB’s e-Procurement team gave a detailed overview of the system including hands-on training of its modules. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A segment, encouraging active feedback and discussion.
This initiative underscores the government's commitment to leveraging digital technologies to improve the public procurement experience.
