The Foreign Service Academy (FSA) has launched PITB developed ‘Learning Management System (LMS)’ to enhance the training and learning experience of its officers. The event was inaugurated by Director Administration & Program Ayesha Abu Bakr. FSA Assistant Director Program Haseeb Asif and PITB representatives including Director IT-Solutions Shahid Akram Khan and Program Manager Zartasha Munawar attended the event online.
The LMS is an integrated digital platform aimed at modernizing the training ecosystem by providing a centralized, interactive and user-friendly interface for officers. This initiative reflects the ongoing efforts of PITB to introduce ICT-based solutions for transforming public sector training into a more structured and data-driven process.
The event highlighted the significance of streamlining learning processes at Specialized Training Institutes and improving service delivery in the public sector. Furthermore, it emphasized the commitment of both PITB and the Foreign Service Academy towards leveraging technology for efficient capacity building and skill development.
