PITB and Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industries (LCCI) have signed an MoU to establish a framework for collaboration between the two parties. The ceremony was presided by PITB Chairman Faisal Yousaf and LCCI President Mian Abuzar Shad.
The MoU was signed by PITB Director Development & Procurement Ata ur Rehman and LCCI President Mian Abuzar Shad. Other officials including PITB’s CFO Nadia Riaz and Joint Directors Syed Ijlal Hussain and Mudassir Paracha were also present.
According to the MoU, PITB will extend its support in the following areas; Digital Payment Collection via PITB developed PAYZEN, IT Infrastructure Upgrade for LCCI, Staff Training and Capacity Building, and Marketing Collaboration.
PITB Payzen is a web-based platform that will enable LCCI to digitize its collection processes through multiple channels, including mobile banking, ATMs and debit/credit cards.
This MoU has been signed in collaboration with PITB Bizlinks partner Ad Astra Innovations. Overall, this partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both organizations to develop and implement innovative digital solutions.
