A comprehensive training session on the e-Filing & Office Automation System (eFOAS) was conducted at the Municipal Corporation Lahore (MCL) to promote efficiency and paperless governance. The session was led by HDR Mohammad Usman and PO Malik Tabraiz. They delivered practical knowledge of the eFOAS to the participants, enabling smoother workflows and improved administrative efficiency.
The session was chaired by MCL Chief Officer Shahid Abbas Kathiya, who appreciated PITB’s efforts in advancing digital transformation across government departments. The participants also expressed gratitude for the valuable training.
