PITB conducted a two-day training session on e-Filing & Office Automation System (e-FOAS) for the officials of Multan Development Authority (MDA). The session was chaired by Additional Director General MDA and aimed at acquainting the attendees with the workflow and overall scope of e-FOAS.
PITB representative SPM Abdul Rauf gave a comprehensive presentation on e-FOAS highlighting its functionality, features and benefits. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A activity.
PITB developed e-FOAS is successfully functional in a number of government departments. It aims at transforming the conventional paperwork into a completely paperless environment.
The core purpose of e-FOAS is to enhance the department’s efficiency via maintaining instantaneous internal/external communication, task management, improved transparency and reduced office expenditures.
